Elena Armas’ very first book was The Spanish Love Deception. It is an independently published book that got a lot of attention on TikTok. This romantic novel spans 487 pages and tells the story of Catalina Martín, who finds herself in a predicament when she realizes she needs an American boyfriend to bring to her sister’s wedding.
Catalina had told everyone that she was dating an American guy, and the lie quickly spun out of control when everyone expressed excitement about meeting him at the wedding. The American Roommate Experiment is the second book that Elena Armas wrote after The Spanish Love Deception. This was published in September of 2022, and is 400 pages long.
This novel features Rosie Graham, who just quit her nice, cushy job to pursue her dream of becoming a romance writer. The thing is, it’s kind of a secret, and she hasn’t even told her family yet. Worse yet, she has writer’s block and can’t think of a single thing to put down on paper.
Then, the ceiling in her apartment caves in, and she’s forced to leave. She has her bestie’s spare key, so she goes to live there. Coincidentally, that’s where we meet Lucas Martin, her friend’s cousin who just so happened to be renting out the apartment from her friend at the time. Oh, also the guy she has been Instagram stalking for the last few months.
Of course, Lucas offers Rosie to move in until she can find somewhere to go. She learns that he looks great in a towel, has a beautiful smile, can cook, and his accent can swoon her heart.

The Long Game is a recent book written by Elena Armas. This will be published in September of 2023, one year after her last book. It is 384 pages long, and we are so excited to read it.
The Long Game follows Adalyn Reyes, who has the same type of day every day. She wakes up, does her best at work for the Miami Flames FC, comes home, and repeat.
At least working for Miami’s soccer team is cool!
Until one day she gets into a fight with the team’s mascot and a video of the altercation goes viral. Her dad, who happens to own the team, doesn’t fire her. Instead, he sends her out to North Carolina in the middle of nowhere to help improve the local soccer team.
She learns quickly that this isn’t a normal soccer team. For some reason they wear tutus to practice, have pet goats that roam around the field, and don’t really like Adalyn. Oh, and they are only 9 years old.
The good thing is that Cameron Caldani, legendary goalkeeper, is in town to help her out. The bad thing is their first encounter went really horribly, and now he doesn’t want her in town. Adayln doesn’t want a repeat of getting kicked out of Miami, so she really needs to help this team.
